"The Watchers" delivers an intriguing premise but falls short in execution. Mina, a 28-year-old artist, finds herself stranded in a vast Irish forest, seeking refuge and unknowingly joining three strangers trapped and stalked by mysterious creatures. Despite the captivating setup, the film doesn't quite escape the shadows of its predecessors, offering familiar tropes without adding much innovation. While the atmosphere is commendably eerie, it leaves you wishing the story had ventured further from its roots and offered fresh twists. Overall, it’s an apple that lands too close to the tree, leaving viewers longing for something more novel.

"The Watchers" offers an eerie dive into a primal forest where Mina, an artist, finds herself stranded. Alongside strangers, she confronts the terror of being silently observed and haunted by mysterious creatures. While the film has its flaws, the atmosphere of suspense and the duality of tangible and metaphorical demons leave a lingering impact on the viewer. This supernatural chiller may not be perfect, but its ability to invoke lasting unease is commendable and not to be disregarded.
